disclaimers of the applicable agreement governing their use.

event of any conflict, the terms, conditions and disclaimers provided in the
pages of the Site shall prevail over these Terms.

Internet e-mail
When you email us, we collect some personal details like your name, address and
phone numbers. Messages sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100%
secure as they are subject to possible interception or loss or possible
alteration - so we advise that you keep personal financial information to a
minimum using email. We are not responsible for them and will not be liable to
you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any message
sent by you to us or any message sent by us to you over the Internet.
Emails are stored on our standard internal contact
systems which are secure and can’t be accessed by external parties. We store
some of this information for an indefinite period of time in order to maintain
accurate records.
Trade marks and copyright
Copyright in the pages screens, information and material in their arrangement
included in this Site is owned by or licensed to Correct Independent Financial Advice
unless otherwise noted. You may imprint, copy, download or temporarily store
extracts from our Site for your personal information or when you use our
products and services. You must not alter anything. Any other use is prohibited
unless you first get our written permission. In particular no one may use a part
of our Site on any other website, or link any other website to our Site, without
our prior written permission.

This is our Privacy Statement. It explains how this site obtains, uses and keeps
safe information about you.
We’re committed to keeping your personal
information safe and confidential both online and offline. If you have one of
our credit cards, it’s important that you also read the section below about
credit cards.
We may as a result of your interaction with the
Site hold and process personal information obtained about you when you access
the Site and use it for making lending decisions and servicing our relationship
with you, for the purposes of fraud prevention and debt collection, to
understand your financial needs, to conduct our business and to provide you with
better customer services and products from both within Correct Independent Financial Advice
and those of selected third parties, to evaluate the effectiveness of

information to an appointed representative of Correct Independent Financial Advice or

disclose any such information outside of Correct Independent Financial Advice except

or judicial bodies or agencies or to our regulators under proper authority, or

We may also in connection with the above and the

European Union (EU) which may not provide the same level of protection for
personal data as within the EU. However, all personal data wherever it is held
in Correct Independent Financial Advice or by its sub-contractors or agents will be
afforded a high level of protection against any authorised or accidental
disclosure, access or deletion. By agreeing to these Terms you agree to such
data being so used and that it may be transmitted to others as stated above.
This Privacy Statement is not designed to form a legally binding contract
between Correct Independent Financial Advice and users of our website or online services. Instead it’s a guide
on to our online protection standards – although of course we do consider it of
utmost importance to abide by the principles stated here.

Governing law
